Works are shipped at the risk of the artist. Although the utmost care will be taken handling slides and artwork, neither the NGAE, New Frontier Bank, Consider It There, nor its representatives will be responsible for damage or loss from any cause.
SUBMITTING A WORK OF ART SHALL IMPLY AGREEMENT ON THE PART OF THE ARTIST TO THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PROSPECTUS.
